Frequently Asked Questions

Here we try and answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our web sites. If there's anything that we have missed, please let us know.

 

  • Will my web site be mobile friendly?
    Absolutely, yes. All web sites that we design work on mobile phones, tablets and computers.

 

  • What if I do not like any of your draft designs?
    This has never happened however if it did, you would receive a full refund. We like to offer this guaranteed, along with the unlimited design revisions, so that you are confident that you will get a web site that is just right for you.

 

  • How long will it take to get my new web site up-and-running?
    We always aim to have your first draft design over to you within seven days so if you signed-up on Monday, the following Monday we would have the draft design ready for you. Once you have given us the ok to go ahead, we would start building the web site for you.

    Building the web site usually takes us 7-14 days so all going well, we would have the new site ready for you within three weeks.

 

  • How can I update my site in the future?
    In two ways. We provide you with full access to the web site so that you can make any changes if you would like to do it yourself. You just login to the site and edit the bits that you would like changing.

    Alternatively, you can just call or e-mail us with the changes and we will do them for you.

 

  • How much does the site cost?
    There isn't a set up fee, just £120 a year. This is fully inclusive of the design, build, set up, hosting, domain name renewals and updates to the site. There are no hidden or extra charges.

 

  • What if I want to add a new feature to the site, such as a photo gallery in the future?
    Just let us know. We have lots of extras that we can add on to sites and there's no extra charge. Just let us know what you would like and we'll take care of it for you.

 

  • What about my booking system?
    If you already have a booking system, let us know so that we can check that we can integrate it into your new site. Most of the time we can but it's always good to check first.

    If you do not have a booking system, we can set one up for you.

 

  • What about my e-mails?
    If you have e-mail accounts associated with your web site then we will take care of all of this for you as well. We will copy your e-mails over as part of the switch over to make sure everything carries on as normal.
